Kaffee oder Tee? Die schichtweise Abscheidung von mesoporösen Kohlenstoffmaterialien auf einer Quarzmikrowaage ergibt eine Struktur (siehe Bild), die sich zur hoch selektiven Bestimmung neutraler Gastmoleküle – etwa von Inhaltsstoffen des Tees – in wässriger Lösung eignet.
