Bessere Kennzahlen: Elektrolumineszenzbauteile mit einem einfachen Carbazol-Oxadiazol-Hybrid als Wirt für Dotierungsmittel zeigen eine maximale externe Quanteneffizienz (ηEQE) von 20.2 % für grüne und von 18.5 % für tiefrote Elektrophosphoreszenz (siehe Bild, J=Stromdichte). Der Wirt ist einfach erhältlich und weist eine gute thermische und morphologische Stabilität sowie eine hohe Triplettenergie auf.
