Abstract

Starkes Tandem: Eine molekulare Diade und ein cobalthaltiger Elektrolyt sorgen für eine Verdreifachung der Leerlaufspannung (VOC) in einer p-NiO-Zelle (VOC= 0.35 V) und eine viermal effizientere Energieumwandlung. Eine farbstoffsensibilisierte TiO2/NiO-Tandemsolarzelle mit diesem verbesserten System brachte es auf VOC=0.91 V (siehe Bild; LB=Leitungsband, VB=Valenzband).
