An, aus, an, aus … Ein auf Pyren basierendes kovalentes organisches Gerüst (blau Pyren, weiß B, rot O) erleichtert die Excitonenwanderung und den Ladungstransport, sammelt Photonen des sichtbaren Lichts und reagiert rasch auf die Bestrahlung mit Licht unter Erzeugung eines merklichen Photostroms. Mit dem Gerüst ist ein wiederholtes Schalten des Photostroms mit einem großen An-Aus-Verhältnis möglich.
