Dialkylbiarylphosphane als Liganden ermöglichten erstmals die Titelreaktion (siehe Schema; cod=1,5-Cyclooctadien, Cy=Cyclohexyl). Zahlreiche 2-Methylpyrrolidine wurden hoch enantioselektiv synthetisiert.
