Auf den Punkt gebracht: Ein einfaches Extraktionsverfahren unter Verwendung von quartären Ammoniumsalzen mit einer Polyethylenglycol-Kette als Phasentransferreagens bietet Zugang zu lösungsmittelfreien, fließfähigen Quantenpunkten. Die Produkte sind monodispers, wenig viskos und zeigen exzellente Photolumineszenzen (siehe Bild).
