Gold mit verschiedenen Begleitern: Eine asymmetrische formale [3+3]-Cycloaddition von 2-(1-Alkinyl)-2-alken-1-onen mit Nitronen wurde entwickelt. Neben der etablierten Kombination mit 1 erwies sich auch die mit 2 als effektiver und zuverlässiger chiraler Goldkatalysator für diese Reaktion.
