Ringelreihen: Eine Aminogruppe kann in einer palladiumkatalysierten allylischen Aminierung als Abgangsgruppe oder als Nucleophil fungieren. Damit können einfach zugängliche cyclische Amine entweder ringverengt oder ringerweitert werden (siehe Schema).
