Selektion mit modifizierten Aptameren: Eine Methode für die Entwicklung von Glycoclusterliganden durch gerichtete Evolution wird beschrieben. Glycanazide werden mit einer Bibliothek alkinylierter DNA-Sequenzen kombiniert und nach der Bindungsstärke der DNA-Glycocluster selektiert und amplifiziert. Die Methode wurde zur Entwicklung mannosereicher Cluster genutzt, die den HIV-neutralisierenden Antikörper 2G12 binden.
