Selektive Desilylierung: Diisobutylaluminiumhydrid (DIBAL-H) wirkt an der primären Seite von Cyclodextrinen als effektives O-Desilylierungsreagens. Dieses chemo- und regioselektive Verfahren schafft einen Zugang zu orthogonal geschützten, hoch substituierten Cyclodextrinderivaten.
