Pasten und elastomere Nanostempel werden verwendet, um auf einfache Weise Nanomuster in mesoporösen Filmen aus anorganischen Oxiden zu erzeugen. Die Muster können Licht einfangen und verbessern die Lichtsammeleffizienz in Farbstoffsolarzellen (DSSCs) deutlich. Iodfreie Festkörper-DSSCs zeigten eine um 40 % erhöhte Stromdichte und waren hoch effizient (7.03 %).
