Mehrfachdetektor: Eine neuartige Nanosonde, die auf Mehrfarben-Nanofakeln beruht, ermöglicht die simultane Detektion und Bildgebung von drei Krebs indizierenden mRNAs in lebenden Zellen. Die Nanosonde ist hoch spezifisch, gegen Nuclease stabil und gut biokompatibel. Sie kann zudem effektiv zwischen gesunden Zellen und Krebszellen unterscheiden sowie Veränderungen im Ausmaß der mRNA-Expression identifizieren.
