Al und Freunde: Die asymmetrische konjugierte Addition von Me3Al an β,β-disubstituierte α,β-ungesättigte Ketone in Gegenwart von Kupfer und L1 ergibt effizient ein rein kohlenstoffsubstituiertes quartäres Zentrum. Das ist die erste solche Addition von Me3Al an acyclische Enone, um unter milden Reaktionsbedingungen mit exzellenter Ausbeute und Enantioselektivität ein stereogenes quartäres Kohlenstoffzentrum zu erhalten.
