Neue Kombination: Die Titelreaktion unter Verwendung von TMSCF3 erweitert das Spektrum übergangsmetallkatalysierter Trifluormethylierungen an sp3-hybridisierten Kohlenstoffzentren. Sie stellt auch eine der ersten kupferkatalysierten C-C-Kreuzkupplungen von Alkylboronsäurederivaten dar.
