Eine permselektive Membranelektrode ermöglicht den schnellen und operativ reversiblen Nachweis des Polypeptid-Polykations Protamin in physiologischen Proben. Die Konzentration des Gerinnungshemmers Heparin in unverdünnten Vollblutproben kann über die Zugabe eines bekannten Überschusses seines Antidots Protamin ermittelt werden.
