Suspensionen magnetischer Nanopartikel mit Glycopeptid-Beschichtung werden durch N-Carboxyanhydrid-Ringöffnungspolymerisation mit anschließender Klick-Glycosylierung erhalten. Die Materialien zeigen eine hohe Zuckereinheitendichte, optimales Dispersionsverhalten und die Fähigkeit zur Bioerkennung. Jede Kombination funktioneller Gruppen kann aufgebracht werden, wobei die Dichte nicht von der Partikeloberfläche beschränkt wird.
