Drei in einem: Elastin-artige Polypeptide (ELPs, siehe Schema) und die Sortase-A(SrtA)-Transpeptidase ermöglichen in Kombination die Reinigung rekombinanter Proteine ohne Chromatographieschritt mit optionaler ortsspezifischer Konjugation der Proteine an ein Kleinmolekül (gelb).
