Einfach: Die beschriebene günstige und allgemein anwendbare Palladium-katalysierte Oxidation interner Olefine zu Ketonen verläuft bei Raumtemperatur und hat ein breites Substratspektrum. Außer Anwendungen zur Oxidation von Samenölkomponenten und einem bioaktiven Naturstoff (siehe Schema; DMA=Dimethylacetamid) werden auch mechanistische Aspekte beschrieben.
