Designer-Label: Eine neuartige α-Aminosäure wurde als konformativ eingeschränktes Analogon von Phenylalanin hergestellt. Sie wurde in das membranaktive Beispielpeptid Magainin 2 eingebaut, um ihre Eignung für die Festphasen-19F-NMR-spektroskopische Strukturanalyse in ausgerichteten Membranen zu demonstrieren.
