Verbindungsstück: Eine effiziente Synthesemethode für bislang nicht erhältliche enantiomerenreine difluorierte β-Aminosulfinsäuren und -sulfonsäuren beginnt mit (R)-N-tert-Butansulfinyliminen (1) und Difluormethyl-2-pyridylsulfon (2). Mithilfe dieses Verfahrens sollten biologisch interessante difluorierte Peptidosulfonamide zugänglich sein.
