Synthesis of a Dialumene-Benzene Adduct and Its Reactivity as a Synthetic Equivalent of a Dialumene

Bei Raumtemperatur reagiert das Dialumen-Benzol-Addukt 1 mit Naphthalin oder Anthracen zu den entsprechenden Dialumen-Aren-Addukten. Ein 1,2-Dialuminacyclobuten-Derivat wurde ebenfalls erhalten, und zwar durch Austausch der C6H6-Einheit in 1 gegen Bis(trimethylsilyl)acetylen. Diese Ergebnisse belegen das Potenzial von 1 als Dialumen-Äquivalent in Synthesen.
