Besser als die Natur: In einem Hybridkatalysator bestehend aus Lipase B aus Candida antarctica und einer Nanopalladiumspezies in mesoporösem Siliciumoxid befinden sich die Metallnanopartikel und das Enzym in den Hohlräumen des Trägers in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Katalysator ahmt ein Metalloenzym nach und ermöglichte die dynamische Racematspaltung eines primären Amins in hoher Ausbeute und mit ausgezeichneter Enantioselektivität.
