An einem festen Träger werden über einen Thiolacton-basierten Syntheseansatz multifunktionalisierte sequenzdefinierte Oligomerstrukturen aufgebaut. Durch die iterative Aminolyse/Kettenverlängerung mit einem einzigen Baustein und vielen kommerziell verfügbaren Aminen gelingt die schutzgruppenfreie Synthese verschiedener Oligomermotive mit vorprogrammierter Organisation der Seitenkettenfunktionalitäten.
