Superstretch: Einen Superkondensator mit sehr guter Dehnbarkeit liefert das Aufwickeln von zwei Blättern aus ausgerichteten Kohlenstoffnanoröhren, die als zwei Elektroden fungieren, auf eine elastische Faser. Mit diesen Blättern wird eine hohe Flexibilität, Dehnungsfestigkeit, elektrische Leitfähigkeit und mechanische wie thermische Stabilität erreicht. Der Superkondensator behält seinen hohe spezifische Kapazität auch nach mehreren Dehnzyklen bei.
