Arthritis Care & Research is soliciting manuscripts for a themed issue addressing disability and rehabilitation in the rheumatic diseases. Manuscripts covering a broad range of topics related to the major theme are invited; for example, the prevalence of and risk factors for disability, the impact of rheumatic disease on participation in activities (including but not limited to work, family, and leisure), effectiveness and cost-effectiveness of rehabilitatioin, and public policies to improve participation among persons with rheumatic diseases.
