Fast Synthesis of Graphene Sheets with Good Thermal Stability by Microwave Irradiation

The high microwave adsorption of graphene oxide was used to rapidly prepare graphene sheets. The temperature of highest combustion rate of these sheets in air was 50 K higher than those reduced by an oil bath, thus showing their thermal stability.
