A comparative analysis of social choice functions, IV

In three previous papers (Richelson 1975, 1978a, 1978b), I compared six social choice functions (the plurality, Borda, Copeland, Dodgson, Schwartz, and Black functions) with respect to 20 conditions on social choice functions. In this paper I examine three additional social choice functions (the Nanson, Young, and minimax functions) with respect to those 20 conditions. In addition, I discuss the implications of some partial results concerning the Kemeny function.
