Abstract
Catalytic asymmetric allylation of aldehydes with allyltributyltin in aqueous media has been realized using combinations of cadmium bromide and chiral diamine ligands. These ligands were found to accelerate the reactions significantly. Chirality 15:124–126, 2003. © 2003 Wiley-Liss, Inc.
