Abstract
Scientific documents, research instruments, researchers' abilities and co-operation among researchers are fundamental resources of scientific research. This paper proposes an approach for effectively networking scientific resources by detecting community structures in self-organized social network, discovering interest in information flow, capturing changes of interests over time and analyzing the relationship between peers.
