This issue's cover is a composite of images from De Vos et al. in this issue with an original oil painting by the journal's cover designer. The blue and green images are from the article and are the result of the application of controlled light exposure microscopy (CLEM) to assess and observe telomere organization in human cells (nuclei) throughout the cell cycle. The red lines represent the artist's representation of the cytoskeleton. See the accompanying article on pages 428–439 in this issue.
