Images of cells grown in medium with a low concentration of serum (2%), in the presence of 3, 5 or 10 μM of DRAQ7. HeLa cells expressing the linker histone H1 tagged with eGFP were fixed with 4% formaldehyde and permeabilised with ethanol prior to adding DRAQ7.All frames were collected using the scan speed of 100 Hz.
