The case study interpretation (CSI) session at the International Clinical Cytometry Society (ICCS) meeting in New Orleans included five cases that address a variety of diagnostic Hematopathology challenges. Test your clinical flow cytometry knowledge by downloading and analyzing the fcs files for these cases (see supplemental information). Then compare your results with the example analysis provided by each author, before reading the articles. Additional meeting CSI cases are available from the ICCS Houston meeting in 2010 ([1-4]) and ICCS Portland meeting in 201154 ([5-8]), and eCSI cases are available to members through the eNewsletter posted on the ICCS website www.cytometry.org.
