HEK293T cells were transfected with cDNA constructs encoding each FLAG-tagged Shc protein. Anti-FLAG antibodies were used to show equal expression of each protein, while Shc-specific antibodies as indicated were used to detect each Shc protein. Antibodies for ShcB and ShcD do not appear to recognize other Shc proteins, whereas antibodies to ShcA (upon long exposure) and ShcC (as shown) are weakly cross-reactive.|
