eji2590-sup-0001-figureS1.pdf203KFigure S1: Gating strategy and FACS analysis of purified naive T cells and primed T cells. Naive CD4+ and CD8+ T cells were isolated from an equal amount of peripheral blood using the EasySep Negative Selection kits of CD4+ and CD8+ T cells. (A) The isolated cells were mixed and the distribution of naive CD4+ and CD8+ T cells was determined by FACS analysis. (B) The mixed naive CD4+ and CD8+ T cells were stimulated in X-VIVO 15 medium for 72 hours with Dynabeads Human T-Activator CD3/CD28 beads at a cell to bead ratio of 5:1 and analysed for distribution of CD4+ and CD8+ T cells and expression of activation markers.
