Representative Western blots (A) and quantification of band intensity by densitometry analysis (B). The proteins bands were quantified using Quantity One software and normalization for loading differences was achieved by dividing the densitometry values for individual bands by those for actin in the same band. Differences between CONTROL and DHA were analyzed by Student's t-test (**P < 0.01). Values are means (±SD) of protein extracts from four different mouse aortas.
