The human tumour antigen PRAME (preferentially expressed antigen of melanoma) is frequently overexpressed in tumours. Here, PRAME is identified as part of a Cullin2 ubiquitin ligase complex and associates with a specific set of promoters that are also bound by the transcription factor NFY.
