Aotearoa New Zealand is a small bicultural island nation in the Pacific with a multicultural population, a context that poses unique challenges for new evaluators, as it does for our more experienced counterparts. Drawing on their early experiences, the authors discuss their discoveries on sailing through relationships toward evaluation that is “good.” © Wiley Periodicals, Inc., and the American Evaluation Association
