Abstract

Four new polyoxygenated cyclohexene derivatives, uvarirufone A (1) and uvarirufols A–C (24), along with ten related known compounds, were isolated from the EtOH extract of the aerial parts of Uvaria rufaBl. Their structures and absolute configurations were determined by in-depth spectroscopic and spectrometric methods in combination with molecular modeling.
