Cells from peripheral blood, spleen, and LN of mice bearing 4T1 tumor were stained with Gr-1, CD11b, Annexin V and 7-AAD. The percentage of 7-AAD and Annexin positive cells within Gr-1+CD11b+ cell population was analyzed by flow cytometry.
