LNCaP cells were treated with 20 µg/ml PPD for 6 or 12 hr, and Western blot analysis was perform with an antibody against PPARγ, p53, AR, histone H3, or GAPDH. Histone H3 serves as a loading control for nuclear proteins, and GAPDH a general loading control.
