  • Application pratique du simulateur de fertigation DSS-FS à plusieurs cultures installées dans différentes régions du monde.

ABSTRACT

The DSS-FS fertigation simulator is intended to support design and optimization of irrigation and fertigation systems while increasing their environmental sustainability. The DSS-FS is a decision support system aiming to simplify the design of advanced irrigation systems, including fertigation features assuring its optimal efficiency and error minimization. Data from farms where the DSS-FS was used (as the primary consulting system) were analysed and are presented in this article. This system has proven to be user friendly and is reported by the majority of users to increase production by considerable amounts, saving 20–30% in input factors and energy. Now, further aided by user feedback, the system will continue to be optimized, with a view to improving current functionalities and implementing new ones, as well as extending its applicability. RÉSUMÉ

Le simulateur de fertigation DSS-FS est destiné à soutenir la conception et l'optimisation des systèmes d'irrigation et de fertigation tout en augmentant leur durabilité environnementale. Le DSS-FS est un système d'aide à la décision visant à simplifier la conception des systèmes d'irrigation avancés, qui intègre les caractéristiques de fertigation, assure l'efficacité du système et minimise les erreurs. Les données issues d'une consultation primaire des fermes où le DSS-FS est utilisé ont été analysées, et les résultats sont présentés dans cet article. Le système a fait ses preuves pour être convivial, et la majorité des utilisateurs rapportent que la production augmente en quantités considérables, alors que des facteurs d'entrée et d'énergie sont réduits de 20 à 30%. Maintenant, grâce aux retours des utilisateurs, le système continuera à être optimisé, en vue de l'amélioration des fonctionnalités actuelles et de la mise en œuvre de nouvelles, ainsi que l'extension de son domaine d'application.
