Ann Davis, BSN, MSN, received her bachelor of science in nursing degree and her master of science in nursing degree from the University of Illinois, Chicago, IL. Ms. Davis is associate director of nursing at Daniel Drake Memorial Rehabilitation Hospital in Cincinnati, OH. When this study was conducted, she was director of nursing/nursing coordinator of the Rehabilitation Center at the University of Wisconsin Clinical Sciences Center, Madison, WI.
