Cynthia Bachman, RN, BSN, is a nursing clinical instructor at Good Samaritan Medical Center Rehabilitation Institute, Phoenix, AZ. As health maintenance nurse, she was responsible for coordinating team efforts for discharge. She teaches a two-week neurological rehabilitation course for registered nurses, on spinal cord injury, head injury, and stroke.
