MLO-Y4 cells were transfected with optimised doses of siRNA constructs specific for mouse Lrp4, Lrp5 and Lrp6 mRNA or a corresponding negative control siRNAs (siNEG and siEGFP). After 48 hours, total RNA was prepared and RT-PCR performed for each Lrp as described in Materials and Methods. The percentage knockdown for each siRNA is indicated. Significance is represented by *p < 0.01.|
