jbmr2233-sm-0001-sm-SuppFig-S1.tif9115KSupplementary Figure S1. Temporal changes in SOS, BUA and QUI during pregnancy are presented in panels A, B and C, respectively in adolescents with two or three calcaneal US. Each row represents a different subject and each column represents one week of gestation. Data values were linearly interpolated between the two or three US measurements and values were mapped to a blue (BMI < 25 kg/m2) or red (BMI ≥ 25 kg/m2) scale color. Monochromatic color scales were normalized within each individual such that the darkest blue or red colors were indicative of each subject's greatest value for SOS, QUI and BUA while the white color represented each individual's lowest value for bone quality measures. Within each of the three images, subjects were segmented by overall gains or losses in bone quality across gestation and BMI categories.
