Quantitative real-time PCR was performed with each primer pair at the PRED (A), scr (B), and engrailed (C) PRE sequences using RNA isolated from wild-type or ctbp+/− embryos at 3, 6, 10, or 14 hrs post egg lay. Relative RNA transcript levels in ctbp+/− embryos at each time point are presented relative to the level obtained in wild-type embryos at the same time point.|
