Forty-eight hours after transfection, cells were harvested and lysed. Protein lysates were immunoprecipitated with Myc-agarose beads. The purity and concentration of the eluted protein were determined by coomassie brilliant blue staining (upper panel) and by Western blot (lower panel).|
