  1. Preliminary results were presented as a poster at the American Medical Informatics Association Annual Meeting, Washington, DC, October 2005. After the study was completed, C.O. and K.D. became officers of Open Source Order Sets (OSOS), a company that has created an order set collaborative for Canadian hospitals.
