This article corrects:

In the paper of Maier et al. (2013) there are footnote errors in Tables 1 and 2 in the printed Issue (the on-line publication is correct). Table 1 should have no footnote and Table 2 should have a simpler footnote. For completeness, the correct versions of Tables 1 and 2 are shown below. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
