  • Adalbert Krawczyk and Monika Lindemann planned the study and wrote the report. Michael Roggendorf designed the vaccination scheme. Hedwig Roggendorf, Kerstin Herzer, and Guido Gerken took care of the patient. Charlotte Ludwig performed and analyzed the clinical laboratory tests. Monika Lindemann and Peter A. Horn performed and analyzed the immunogenetic tests. All authors approved the final article. The study protocol received a prior approval by the review committee of the University Hospital of Essen. Written consent from the patient was obtained.
